Teclis Blue is a lovely bright blue that's useful for both highlights and larger areas of colour. It has enough punch to stand out, but doesn't feel quite as extreme as some of the very light blues.

It's a particularly useful colour for Space Marines, robes, cloth and other blue details — and it works nicely when layered over a darker blue.
